ID Falcon Cue Series and Model
Could you tell me what series and model my Falcon cue is?
The logo is gone because of the enamel cracking.
What kind of joint does it have?

You have a Falcon Ambassador #1 cue from the Falcon Ambassador line.
Here it is from the Canada Billiard 2006 catalog:
I don't have the spec sheet for the cue, so I won't speculate on the exact joint pin type used on the cue.
But, according to Seybert's Billiard Supply, Falcon cues use(d) the following joint pin types on Falcon cues:
...and I do believe yours is closest to the one on the left, the Falcon 5/16 X 14 joint pin. Zoomed in, it looks like this:
Disclaimer: This is for informational purposes only. Without seeing your cue in person it's hard to be certain. If you are uncertain, it is always best to have someone look at the cue in person if you are trying to order a new shaft, etc.

That is the one, yes!
Is it possible to find that catalog somewhere - the Canada Billard 2006 catalog or Falcon catalog?

I am not sure where you'd find a hard copy of the 2006 Canada Billiard catalog. Finding one would be a long shot .
I do have images of the 3 Falcon Cue pages from it, which I would be happy to share with you if that would help, when I'm back in my office.
