ID Pool Cue with "William" and Roman Numeral "XI" on Butt Cap

ID Pool Cue with "William" and Roman Numeral "XI" on Butt Cap

I received this cue from a friend in Japan. It says "William" on the butt cap, and opposite to that it has the roman numeral "XI".

Does anyone know what brand the cue is?

   I am not sure on this one.

   I typically see the roman numerals used on cue brands sold through Cue & Case Sales (e.g. Lucasi, Players, Vintage, etc.) It might be from the same factory as where those brands come from. Those indicate a year and month of production (typically, though it's a flawed labeling scheme)

   Compare this Players cue with yours - similar pattern in the butt sleeve, font/color are similar.

   

   Then again, it could be completely unrelated.
