   I think it's a JQ cue by John Koernke from Englewood, FL.

   Best I can do without seeing the rest of the cue.

   By the way, in your original post, you said the numbers were "86" but I wonder if it's actually a "98" (e.g. if you consider the orientation of the "JQ" and the "98" to be the same, then it would be a "98").
