ID Cue with Carvings, Inlaid Crests and Circles; Maybe a Sampaio Cue
Can anyone tell me what kind of pool stick this is?
I know nothing of them but from my research it looks like a Sampaio Premier pool cue.
It has carvings and inlaid white-ish circles and crest shapes.
I can't find any markings on it except for two little stickers on the bottom but they're faded out.

A few notes:
If it were a Sampaio pool cue, it would likely have a "Sampaio" logo and in some cases, the words "Made in Portugal" stamped into the wood, somewhere in the forearm toward the joint end, like this one:
It would also be stamped "Sampaio" on the shaft, also near the joint. The photos you uploaded are blurry and don't show some key identifying features of the cue. You should share clear, well-lit, close-up photos of the rest of the pool cue. Include those faded stickers (as we can often determine a brand based on the shape and size alone), the butt cap, the joint pin and insert, etc.
There are some low-quality Taiwanese knock-off versions out there which wouldn't have the Sampaio stamp anywhere, which would be more or less worthless as a serious pool cue.
Here's a Sampaio Premier pool cue, showing the stamped logos:
