ID Cue Maker of 2-Piece Pool Cue with No Makers Mark

I was left this pool cue by my father and I have no clue of the maker.

There are no makers marks at all.

I'm very curious to find out who made this and possibly when.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's hard to see the construction detail of this pool cue because the photo is small and of a low-resolution.

It may help to share some clear and close-up photos of the cue's joint and butt sleeve.
