ID a Meucci Cue with Extra Jump Cue Butt

ID a Meucci Cue with Extra Jump Cue Butt

I am trying to identify this Meucci cue, as the butt is one I have not seen anywhere before.

I am considering to purchase it from seller with no original paperwork.

Any ideas about it’s value?

I am looking into this one for you, but this is a pretty horrible photo. It's hard to make out the details.

Can't you ask the seller for more info? He must know where he acquired it from, yes?

Many thanks for the quick reply. Yes I have inquired more info still waiting for it. He says it was ordered directly from Meucci last autumn (2017).

I will post more info as I have got it.

    Best regards,
    Jussi

    FYI from a Meucci Dealer:

It is an odd ball. They made a ton of them because they had a bunch of extra materials last year The extension screws into the weight hole under the bumper. If it doesn’t fit the weights need to be screwed in further. $400 Cue

The cue was apparently a made-to-order in autumn 2017 directly from Meucci Cues with a modified 3/8 x 10 pin, so it is not a model from any of the more standard Meucci-series.

It is in brand-new, unused condition with an ultra-skin cue tip on a matching Meucci Pro shaft. It comes with the extension as well.

The seller is asking $500 for it, which I’m considering to accept.

    Any thoughts?

Also, here is another slightly better quality image.

I would say that's an OK price if it is truly in brand-new condition.

However, it might not be too bad when you consider that a Meucci PRO shaft alone would run you $233 USD to buy new. Based on that I'd say you are good to go.
