ID a Herman Rambow Cue and Two Others

I recently saw these 3 pool cues for sale for $3000.

The guy said the one with the name placque was a Herman Rambow cue. Is that the case?

He wants $2500 for the Herman Rambow cue, and $500 for both of the others.

Does any know what cues the other two cues are?

    Could it be a Rambow? Yup.

    Can I say for sure from pics like this? Nope.

    I would love to examine those cues though.
