Help Identifying this Pool Cue with Carvings and No Name?

Can anyone help identify this 4-piece pool cue with no name or anything on it?

There are some carved patterns on the butt sleeve and more carvings on the forearm.

    It appears to be an inexpensive import cue.

    Search this site for "carved cue" and you'll see many other questions asking about similar cues, etc.
