Help Identify My Late Father in Laws Pool Cues

My late father in law was a man who didn't settle for the cheap things, but he also wasn't a man who played pool so much.

It makes me wonder if he spent much on these cues or not.

Since no one in this house knows anything about pool or cues... Can you please help me identify these cues and let me know if they're worth anything or if I should just donate them?

   They're inexpensive, low-end import cues, and not likely to be of any use to a casual or serious pool player.
