Finding the Model of a Meucci Cue

I am trying to figure out the model of my Meucci pool cue. It was my father's cue and he left it to me when he passed.

This two-point Meucci pool cue was my fathers cue and I'm trying to find out the model. Hopefully someone here can help to identify it.

It has the main cue butt, as well as two matching shafts (one for pool, and one for snooker).

I am also trying to find the value of this Meucci cue in a separate question.

You have a Meucci M-5 pool cue with a grey-stained forearm from the Meucci "M" series, circa 1991-1993.
