   I can't be sure as I can't see the whole cue in the photo, but from what I can see, it appears to be a Meucci 97-7 cue, from the Meucci 97 series (circa 1997, of course).

   The Meucci 97-7 cue isn't worth much. It's in the lower end of that series, there are lots of them around, and there isn't a ton of demand for them.
