Difference Between a Meucci HOF-3 and 95-15 Cue?

Difference Between a Meucci HOF-3 and 95-15 Cue?

I'm not very knowledgeable on Meucci cues.

Are the Meucci HOF 3 cue and the Meucci 95-15 cue the same cue?

I thought HOF series was made in 1997.

I am looking at one of these and below are the photos the seller sent to me:

The Meucci 95 series is of course from 1995-1996 period. 1997 they moved to the Meucci 97 line.

The HOF series came after that, and Meucci simply "carried forward" certain models to the current lines - the 95-15 being one of them.

There is no real difference in terms of the design and build of the cue, and no real difference in the value between the two.

The cue in your photos is perhaps more likely a Meucci HOF-3 cue.

    I say that because:

    1. Meucci Red-Dot shafts were more common on the 95-series cues. The shaft in the photos is Meucci's "Black Dot Bullseye" shaft which is more common on the HOF series. Not a guarantee, just an observation.
    2. The Meucci 95-15 version often had the "Pro Billiard Tour" stamp opposite to the Meucci logo (whereas the Meucci HOF-3 cue never did).
