   Eric Igorov, user bustya here, is the cue maker behind EI Custom Cues.

   Without a photo though, one can't be sure that is what you have. There was a lower-end line of production cues, I believe, that had the initials "E.I." on the rubber bumper. Those wouldn't be from Eric Igorov.
