Cue Identification

I'm unable to find any markings on this cue. It appears to very high in quality and craftsmanship. Equal to the lucasi and McDermott cues I have had. It was found in my grandfathers den, after he passed along with a Lucasi and a TS cue. This one is a mystery to me. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for all your help.

Look like it might be a Prather Cue. I emailed Jeff Prather to see if he recognizes it. WIll reply here if he gets back to me.

Jeff got back to me. Says it doesn't look like one of his.

You might take the bumper out and see if it has signed weight bolt.
