Could this be a Herman Rambow Cue?

I am pretty sure this is a Herman Rambow cue from the 1950s.

It weighs 17 ounces. Note that steel was used for the joint instead of brass, which would have been in short supply during the Korean Conflict.

Any comments or opinions would be welcome. Can anyone identify this as a Herman Rambow cue?
