   It is a Meucci FR-4 from the Meucci Freshman series.

   

   Meucci FR-4 Pool Cue

   Meucci pool cue with a natural stained birdseye maple forearm with four ivorine points with blue, ivorine and black veneers. The butt is ivorine. There are three sets of mother of pearl window rings in blue surrounded by maple and nickel silver. The wrap is blue with white spec irish linen covered with lacquer. The joint is white phenolic with a 5/16 x 18 piloted stainless steel pin. This pool cue comes with your choice of a red dot or black dot shaft.

   List Price - $390

   Worth somewhere less than that today. $200-ish on a good day. Closer to $300 if it's in like-new condition and if market conditions are perfect.
