Are these Sampaio Pool Cues?
I think these are both 1960s Sampaio cue sticks.
I have no idea of their worth or where I can sell them.
Any advice?

The cue in the second photo appears to be a Sampaio "Premier" cue model.
However, I can't tell from the photos, but do the cues have the "Sampaio" logo stamped into the wood near the joint?
If they're Sampaio cues from the 1960s, they would have this.

The second one has the Sampaio stamp. I don't see a stamp on the first one.

Yes, I figured as much, as the first one isn't depicted in that era's Sampaio catalog.
It must be some other brand, but I don't recognize it off hand.
Do you know where I can sell these and what they are worth?
