Age, Value, and Model ID of a Dufferin Cue

I just acquired a Dufferin pool cue while in Canada and was hoping someone had some information on it, like it's age, the mode, and it's value today.

I wonder if it's worth restoring?

   I don't have any info on what model this Dufferin cue is or what year it might be from.

   In terms of value, they don't command much, even in very nice condition. The cost of a proper refinish would likely be greater than it's value in the end.

   Some others will likely chime in though. There are some folks here who are very knowledgeable in Dufferin cues.

   I am still looking for some info on this Dufferin cue model if anyone can help.

   Wow, what a difference in that Dufferin cue. It's like it's not even the same cue!

   Thank you for sharing. I noticed that Brunswick had a cue in it's 1977 lineup which had an almost-identical design to this Dufferin cue. This is from a 1977 Brunswick Billiards pool cue brochure:
