Adam Pool Stick Identification

Can anyone help identify this Adam cue stick? It's an Adam pool cue with a 19 ounce sticker on it. In the pictures, the part inside the triangle looks green. However, in person it does not, it's silver.

I'm looking to sell it and would like the model and value. If possible I would also like to know the year/era it was made.

It was my grandmothers, i'm guessing from the early 80's or before. Her eye sight went bad in the mid 80's and she obviously could not play pool after that.

Any help would be appreciated.
