9 Ball Logo Pool Cue ID

I received this pool cue with a 9-ball logo from a donation and have no information about it at all.

There's just the nine ball graphic on the pool cue. No other markings. The handle is a dark grey.

My guess is it is relatively cheap due to it being donated but any information about it is appreciated.
