1990s Meucci Cue Identification and Value

I’m trying to find out more about this Meucci cue for my dad. We believe it is from the 1990's. The white inlay is some sort of seashell.

We’re also curious to find out how much it is worth.

    You either have a Meucci O-1 (1993) or a Meucci 95-17 (1995)

    They sell for between $200 and $400 varying on market conditions, and the condition of the pool cue.
