1970s Josswest Cue Identity

Can you help to identify an old pool cue?

Picked up this cue and have no clue what brand it is. No markings at all but seems to have some pretty good work done to it.

Update: found that it was an old Bill Stroud 1970s Josswest pool cue.

    I would take $2K for it LOL. I spoke with Bill Stroud and found out that it is one of his cues from the 1970's. It is not really for sale. It is completely redone now.
