How to Set Up Rack in Keno Pool

How do you set up the rack in Keno Billiards?

I just got a keno board for the pool table, and have drawn a blank on how the rack is aligned.

I know you split them apart but I can't remember just how, nor can I remember if you are supposed to use all the balls.

Can anyone help?
