Meucci Repair Department Info

Once you're ready to ship your cue to us, please purchase insurance for your package as we are not responsible for cues which are lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend UPS as our preferred carrier. Please include a note with your contact information, the service or repair(s) you need done to the cue, and the best time and phone number or e-mail to reach you at.

Once we receive your cue, our repair technician will be in touch via e-mail or phone regarding the status of your repair. Standard time for cue repair is a minimum of 6 weeks.

Please do not call our main line regarding your cue repair or the status of your cue, as we only have one person handling the phones at all times. The procedure for this is to email the Meucci repair department at repair@meuccicues.com. Again, PLEASE DO NOT CALL our main line asking about repairs and/or the status of your cue.

@William Cuff - We're not connected with Meucci Cue in that way, and so you should reach out to the Meucci Cue in Byhalia, MS.

I will mention that there is no shortage of stories of repair work taking months to complete with customers remaining in the dark about the repair's status.
