This is a custom Meucci 21-6 cue from the 21st Century line from Meucci. This custom 21-6 cue was ordered by Chris B. in the spring of 2019.
The main customizations are:
The addition of three more sets of bands (two book-ending the white linen wrap - shown - and one near the butt-cap). Meucci describes the bands as follows:
Multiple-material bands made of white plastic with twenty-four green veneer 1/16th x 1/16th squares set in a white background and surrounded by aluminum rings.
Some of the green paua shell diamond inlays are blue on this cue instead of the standard green color.
In early 2020 he ordered a similar custom Meucci 21-6 but in ebony wood and at a 60-inch length:

Info on the Meucci 21-6 Cue with Custom Ringwork from Meucci
The New Meucci 21st Century cue #6 is a trophy to the innovations of Bob Meucci.
The Meucci 21-6 cue forearm consists of cocobolo with a multiple-material band around the middle made of white plastic with twenty-four green veneer 1/16th x 1/16th squares top and bottom, and set in a white background surrounded by four aluminum rings.
Three white points pass under the band, and three unique diamond shapes pass over the same band in between. The three white points are then set off with a beautiful scrimshaw design. In the center of the band, in between the unique triangles, there are three smaller green pearl diamonds surrounded by aluminum. All of this is set off with 24 green veneer inlays at the joint surrounded by ivory, black, and aluminum rings.
The wrap is a urethane-coated cream Irish linen.
It comes with the Everlock adjustable weight bolt system. There will be a $20.00 upcharge for any cue exceeding 20oz.

Here's another photo of the custom Meucci 21-6 made for me, Chris Binder. It's a 60 inch cue with a 30/30 split and added ringwork. It also has alternating blue and green inlays.
