Cue Extension for Bear BP-2 Cue

I'm looking at a cue extension for a Bear Cue model BP-2.

Something like this Bear cue extension:

Does someone where I could find it or is someone selling this extension?

Bear cues were originally made by Falcon Cues for Dynamic Billiards of Germany. That would be a starting point, but I don't see any on their website at the moment.

I currently see the Bear Cue extension on the ortmann-billiards.com site, but it says the product is currently unavailable. Perhaps check in with them on whether or not they can request one from their distributor.

I've tried with Ortmann and they said they do not have it. :-(

Maybe someone has other suggestions? Thanks in advance.
