We came across this custom Bob Meucci Johnny Reb 2 pool cue when it's owner's son was showing it off on the AZ Billiards forums in August of 2012.
I had collected the information below when I was researching the cue for more details.

The BMC pool cue with the "Rebel Flag" aka "Southern Cross" flag - I think only 2 made by Meucci.

It's a one of a kind BMC cue that somebody had made (or one of the workers made them self), I can't remember.
According to Meucci's sales department, It's a REB 2 and only two were made. From around 2009-2010 era.

Jonathan is Correct, but it is still a one-off cue. The original Bob Meucci REB cue has cannon balls stacked between the confederate flags.
I believe the first Johnny REB confdederate flag cue was built the first year Meucci was in the Byhalia location that it is in now!
Val Beesley asked Bob to have these cues made. He has a son, Nick, in Texas and the cues are, or were, in his possession. Nick wanted $5000 for it when I asked to buy it.
