This family operation consists of Husband & Wife (Terry & Connie Westfall), as well as their son and his wife & their daughter (Pete, Katie & Samantha). The Westfall's come out of the Detroit-based Viscount Pool & Spa operation that has 6 stores. Terry was Viscount's Marketing Director, Connie ran one of their largest and most successful stores with Samantha's help, while Pete managed three different Viscount Stores with Katie's help. Viscount is a multiple Aqua 100 Award Dealer and is recognized as Emerald largest spa dealer. Terry & Connie retired from Viscount in the Summer of 1997 after 32 years in the pool, spa and billiard industry. They decided to combine their families talents into this beautiful new Kentwood location.
