I ordered a Spencer Marston "Milano" pool table from Jason at the Portland store of Billiards.com. Although I was a bit nervous about researching a $2,600 table on line and ordering it on the telephone, my experience in dealing with this company has been very positive. Jason was very helpful and professional, answered all my questions, and provided excellent service.
He arranged for installers to drive three hours from Portland to my town. The three men who showed up to deliver and assemble my table were real pros. They did an outstanding job, explained everything to me, and were extremely helpful. I was very impressed with them.
In addition to being a beautiful piece of furniture, the quality of the table is outstanding. I would not hesitate to highly recommend doing business with this organization.
