Handcuff Artist is a billiards slang term that is a part of Gambling and Betting Terminology.

A billiards player who will only gamble when sure that he or she will win. Although this may seem like a smart strategy, it is generally frowned upon by others. A handcuff artist may also known as a nut hunter.
