Simple Pool Table Room With White Walls

This is an image of two billiard players shooting pool at their neighbor's home billiard room. That painting in the background actually seems to be a mural painted right on the wall. Not my style really. Another weird thing I noticed about this setup is that there seems to be two layers of baseboard. the bottom layer is brown, and the same color as the floor. The upper layer is white, and the same color as the wall. I've never seen that before, and don't really like it. The pool table looks really nice though.
