Costa Rica 2007 Billiard Hall Bar and Rest El Tabacon

Here is a shot of a billiard hall in Costa Rica taken in 2007. I believe this pool hall is called the Bar and Rest El Tabacon. I like this place because there seems to be ample open space for billiard players to get around the table. The table with all of the drinks and beer bottles is far enough away from the pool table so that it does not interfere with players. I'm not sure what those white marks are on the pool table cloth. I don't think they are burn marks you typically see, but rather the residue from excessive cone chalk or hand chalk used by the players.
