Distance from Bottom Rack to Top Clips on a Pool Cue Rack

I have a two piece pool cue rack with the small clips on the top piece.

I am wondering how high off the bottom rack should the top clips be?

   Chris,

   For the two-piece pool cue racks, the distance between the top and bottom racks should be between 46" and 52" depending on your preference.

   I chose 46" to accommodate my short stick and the others fit just fine.
