Info on the BMC Curly Hornet Pool Cue
The first instance of a BMC "curly hornet" pool cue we came across was for sale from a large Meucci dealer (The Pool Cue Shop) in June of 2022.
This is a variant of the original 2009 BMC cue model, the BMC Green Hornet cue.
Instead of a white synthetic forearm and butt sleeve, the Curly Hornet pool cue features a stained curly maple butt sleeve and forearm. It also features extra ring-work and inlay bands at the base of each end of the butt sleeve, forearm, and joint and shaft collars.

The Curly Hornet cue is an expertly crafted professional cue. Featuring high-quality birdseye maple, 3 large ebony points, 3 paua shell diamonds in the forearms, and 6 paua shell dots at the joint and splice ring. The butt sleeve is adorned with 12 paua shell dots for a beautiful finish. Every part of this cue is designed to provide maximum accuracy.
