The Center Pocket in Crofton, MD is having it's grand opening on June 18th 2016 and a grand opening pool tournament is being held.

Starting at 9 am Center Pocket will be hosting 2 tournaments to qualify to win to play in a winner take all tournament of 20 players for $1000.
- First Tournament starts at 10am with 30 players
- Second Tournament starts at 2pm with 30 players
- Winner take all of 20 players starts at 7pm
Rules of the pool tournaments:
- DOUBLE ELIMINATION
- Race to 3: 8 ball in winner bracket
- Race to 3: 9 ball in loser bracket
To qualify for the 20 PARTICIPANTS to compete in the winner take all for $1000:
- Final 4 players in loser bracket qualify to play for 1000
- Final 4 players in winner bracket qualify to play for 1000
- 4 participants will be drawn from the losers that participated in the tournaments
Cost: $55, broken down as follows:
- $30 for yearly tournament membership - This is a yearly fee to participate in Center Pocket daily tournaments
- $25 to register for the Grand Opening Tournament for a chance to play to win $1000.
