Antique Brunswick Balke Collender Cushion Profile

I live in Phoenix, and I own a 1920's - 1930's era Brunswick Balke Collender 6 x 12 Snooker table in pretty reasonable shape.

Recently, one of the cushions has "died" on me and gives a pretty good "thunk" and no action when hit. Yes, I have checked that the rails are tight. Pretty clearly, I need to refresh the cushions.

Does anyone know what cushion profile is appropriate for these older antique Brunswick pool tables, and does anyone have a good recommendation for a source for such an antique table?

Any thoughts or ideas gratefully received.
