Problem With Pardus Custom Cue

Has anyone bought a cue from Pardus Cues out of Turkey?

I lost $475.00 on a custom made cue that I had ordered on eBay after new year 2015. They made me one, but it was not made according to the specs I gave them, had spend more money to send it back so that they can fix the problem. Till now June 2015 I have not receive the cue.

I have emailed them several times, but they say that they are busy and fixing the problem. I am still trying to get my money back from Paypal, but the 60 days has expired because of their delay tactics.

This company is not trust worthy and seem not care about customer service. So please don't even bother spend your hard earned money on this company.
