My Pool Cue was Stolen

I have always played english pool quite seriously and in the late 1970's to 1980's had a fantastic english snooker cue that got stolen. It was my pride and joy but have never seen one like it since. Can you help?

I am looking to replace it, or obtain info on where I can get one.

It was made by the Adam Cue Company in Japan, it had a wooden threads, a red ferrule made from some kind of resin, not metal. It was made of white ash and at the time was top of the range. It was advertised in the UK with posters of Alex Higgins holding the exact cue.

   One of the forums has a topic about stolen cues. People put the pictures of their stolen cues so others can recognize the cues. The topic has a very high rating as far as I remember. Good luck..
