Kamui or Everest Pool Cue Tip Question

Kamui or Everest Pool Cue Tip Question

Hello ladies and gentlemen! This is my first post here. Just a quick question for anyone who's used both Everest and Kamui tips before.

Currently I'm shooting with an Everest on a 314-2 shaft. I like the way it hits but it's old and it's time for a new tip. Where I'm living now it's quite hard to pick up an Everest (no shops sell them).

Kamui Black's are pretty stocked though, and I've only heard good things about them. Has anyone used both a Kamui and an Everest and knows the corresponding hardness levels between them. or which Kamui plays closest to an Everest? Honestly I'm not even sure if Everest tips come in one hardness or multiple. Kamui's come in SS, S, M and H. Personally I like a softer hit.

As well, how do the Kamui Black's compare to the normal brown series?

Thanks again for your time!
