I have a older Joss West pool cue and it needs refinishing.

Who do you recommend to refinish older pool cues?

Also, I will be selling it eventually, and I am wondering whether pool cue buyers prefer original cues or do they prefer them to be refinished?

   If the cue is in a perfect condition, buyers will definitely buy it. If it is not in good condition, you might go to the nearest cue repair store and check if is it able to be reconditioned or not.
