I have a early joss west that needs refinishing. I believe its early 70 s. I was goueg ti sell it at some point. My qeustion is should i refinish it or sell it all original? Can anyone recommend a good cue repair man?

   Can anyone tell me the value? It has 4 points Irish linen wrap original shaft and rolls straight together and apart.

   It also has a sideways w and a ivory butt cap.
