Cuetec Pool Cue Loose Butt Screw

The screw in the butt of my Cuetec cue keeps loosing up due to breaking hard. Does anybody know of a tool to tighten this screw firmly... a screw driver does not work well.

   You could use Locktite available at home depot. Or rubber cement on the threads should work too.
