Trying to Identify My Dad's Old Pool Cue

Trying to Identify My Dad's Old Pool Cue

Hello men and women of the pool world. My name is Zach, and I'm 21 years old. My dad passed away when I was 16. He played in a APA league also was invited to the big Las Vegas tournaments but I don't know what place he was in.

When he passed away we buried him with his favorite pool stick and I inherited the other since I'm his only kid who plays pool, I've been playing pool since i was 9 or 10. Now I'm just trying to figure out what year my stick is from and how much my dad may have paid for it, I never intend to sell it but i was offered $1,200.00 and don't really believe it would be that expensive. It is a Palmers Billard pool cue. I have some pictures of the bottom, but it is Black kinda looks like black marble or smoke, the grip is black with white dots, I do not know the weight and length but I think if some one knows a lot about pool cues they may be able to help. Since i have a broken heel right now i figured I'd do some research but I'm having no luck. Any help will be highly appreciated even if its only pointing me in the right direction. Thank you, and best of luck in your future games.

Sorry if the pictures are not the best they were taken with a cell phone. Forgot to mention my mom and step dad own a local bar so I get to play a lot of nine ball and a lot of 8 ball for small wages.
