Richard Black Cue Identification

I got these cues from this pawn shop and I have 2 Richard Black cues.

This cue maker's name is new to me. It has the name "Black" engraved on it, but not on the butt. It is engraved in the forearm area its about 1/4 from the bottom part of the wrap.

But its not like most cues I have seen.

So tell me what you think, OK?
