Please help identify pool cue

Hello,

My wife and I recently moved into a new house we bought, and the previous owners seem to have left a pool cue and two cases. They were tucked away above some cabinets so they must have just forgot about them, seeing as they are in very good condition, barely used.

The hard brown case is a Giuseppe and the soft black case is by Schmelke. So maybe the cue is one of those? I looked at the base and at the middle portion and I don't see any markers/stamps/indicators. The base section feels like its fiberglass? Not sure what else it would be, but it doesn't feel like wood, a bit of like a hard composite plastic. Sorry I really dont know much about pool equipment.

Any help for a manufacturer would be fantastic, or even a general idea of the overall worth of what I have here would be great.
