Help With These Unknown Cues

I have 2 pool cues that have Z9 with a green line around it however I can not find any information on them at all and 2 pool cue shafts one says EX II and the other says EX round symbol II on it. Would love to know more about them.

   I found this on the web. See below link. The Z9 logo is identical to the one on the cue. It’s a German billiard cloth maker.
