Help! me identify this cue please

I have recently been given this pool cue. I would like to learn some information on it. I have been told that it is very old. It looks hand carved but I know nothing about cues. It breaks down into 4 pieces and has a label on it but I can't read it. I can see a picture of a crown on the label and maybe the name starts with a G or C then A and maybe ends with a T. any help would be appreciated.
