D'Python Pool Cue Identification

I have tried to find this cue online with no luck. The guy that has it tells me its a Meucci that he bought in Las Vegas 12 years ago for 900.

I am not really a Meucci fan but I don't think it's a Meucci.

It clearly say's "d'Python" on the butt. it looks to have either abalone or pearlized plastic and is supposed to be 19.5 oz.

Any idea who made this cue? Has anyone ever heard of d'Python?

Would $400 be too much for this cue?

It looks like any one of hundreds of Philippine made cues you can find on ebay. If someone paid 900 for that cue, they need to look into some meds.
