Could someone identify this cue for me please?

Inherited this stick from my father who is gone. I can't find any manufacturer's logo or name on it, the only verbage on the cue is the name "Cue Ball Kelly" referring to Carl Zingale of course. It appears to be birds eye maple, linen wrap with black speck. The "Cue Ball Kelly" is made to look like its been burned in. If there is any other info I could supply please ask.
