Can you ID an Old Pool Cue I Found?

I just purchased a new house and found this tucked away in the attic. Items were left in house from the 1920's to the 1990's. It looks like the case is sheep skin/wool. Could be something could be nothing. The tip is broken.

   Yes I've found these kinds of cues on Ebay. I think they where made back in the late 60's just a novelty item. Some I've seen look hand carved.
